Prior-quote library matching

Semantic search across every quote your shop has ever done. New RFQ comes in, the closest three historical jobs surface with their pricing, materials, and notes. A 20-year estimator's brain sitting next to a 2-year hire.

BOM extraction + classification

Assembly drawings with a Bill of Materials get parsed line-by-line and classified as FABRICATE (your shop), SOURCED (buy it), or HARDWARE (catalog). Fabricated items match against history; sourced items run live vendor lookup.

Vendor lookup

For purchased parts, the system queries McMaster, Grainger, MSC, and Digi-Key for real SKUs and pricing. Real catalog data, not a guess — and a one-click vendor link when pricing is gated behind a login.

Job Boss CSV export

Denormalized, op-level rows ready to drop straight into Job Boss. Your estimator stays in the system they already know. AI just stops making them do the data entry tax on every new RFQ.

Won-quote learning loop

Mark a quote WON and it folds into the prior-quote library automatically. The matching engine gets sharper with every job you close — and your competitors are still re-keying the same RFQ types from scratch.
